Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all practices and maintain HIPAA-compliant infrastructure for all client data, including secure messaging, file storage, and intake forms.

Yes — our team offers free migration assistance to help you move your client data, appointment history, and content from platforms like SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, GoHighLevel, or others.

How many providers can I add?

All plans — Essential, Growth, and Scale — include unlimited providers. There's no per-seat fee and no need to upgrade just to add a team member.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or students?
